You may use the site for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. You may not resell its content, create derivative works without authorization, extract data through automated means (scraping or data mining), or interfere with its operation or security.

This site exists solely to share the Foundation's mission and channel support for its programs. We do not sell products or host third-party advertising.

The name, the logo (the dove), the texts, photographs, videos and stories on the site are the property of the Foundation or used under license, and are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to post illegal, defamatory, offensive content or content that infringes the rights of third parties; not to impersonate others; and not to introduce malicious code.

The site integrates or links to third-party services, including the payment gateways ([Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago]). They are offered for convenience and are governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for them.

Donations are voluntary and go toward the Foundation's programs and operations. We may reallocate funds —including donations designated for a specific purpose— to where they are most needed when that purpose is already covered or is not viable, always in fulfillment of our mission.

As a general rule, donations are non-refundable. Exceptionally and at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund for a processing error or unusual circumstance if you request it in writing within [REFUND WINDOW, for example 48 hours] to [CONTACT EMAIL]. No refund applies once the funds have been allocated to a project. If a refund is issued, the corresponding receipt is voided.

If you choose a monthly donation, you authorize a recurring charge until you cancel it. You may cancel the renewal at any time from your account or by writing to us at [CONTACT EMAIL]; charges already made are not refunded.

The 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in the United States is [IN PROCESS / PENDING]. Until it is approved, donations may not be deductible; if approved, deductibility may be recognized in accordance with IRS rules.
